Collaboration

Apart from on-site sessions I am also offering on-line conversations or walk & talk sessions, just as I offer a free no-obligation conversation.

Our collaboration is based on you and the issues you bring up and we will spend the first session getting to know each other, as well as going into detail about the problems you believe we should focus on. If we both think we should continue after the first session we then agree on the next steps: Frequency, length of conversations, etc.

In my work with clients, it is not only the spoken word that counts, but also reactions and body language are included as a natural part of the work, as these often give signals about the unconscious.

In addition to conversations and conversation therapy, I can include mindfulness, gestalt, body and art therapeutic exercises as well as a number of other exercises, all of which can help to open up or accelerate the clients work. Trust is essential in our client / therapist relationship and it is of course your choice as a client which method we use in our collaboration.

Coaching

Professional coaching which will motivate and support you to achieve career or private goals

Mentorship

Experience-based professional advice on careers, conflicts, or other challenges

Psychotherapy

A course of therapy that is based on you and the problem(s) you choose to work on

Group course

Group course around overeating (start around April 2021) A course over 10 times. Elements such as theory of eating disorder, therapeutic exercises, hunger/satiety, diet, yoga, mindfulness etc. will be included in the process.
