As a background I have 20 years of experience as an international leader with coaching and mentorship as a natural part as well as 4 years experience as neuroaffective psychotherapist MPF – Member of the Danish Psychotherapist Association.
The neuroaffective approach is about the fact that we are unique people and that the approach to our problems is therefore also different.
I am educated at PUC - Psychotherapeutic Education Center, which is approved by the Danish Psychotherapist Association. PUC use neuroaffective developmental psychology as an overall framework of understanding in combination with a broad insight into several developmental psychological theories and therapeutic methods. I therefore have a good insight into different methods and how these can be best used in different situations and with different clients. My curiosity about life and people has always been a driving force for me and forms the basis for the presence and the trust that provides optimal conditions for a good dialogue.
